Working with the agent

How to start a workspace, bring in knowledge and adopt results.

The agent is your assistant for research and document work. You chat with it like with a colleague — it knows your workspace's documents and the approved sources from the knowledge library.

Starting a workspace

Every question and every task instantly becomes a workspace — there is nothing to set up first.

  1. In Traqx, go to Workspaces or use the input field on the home screen directly.
  2. Describe your task in plain language, for example: "Summarize the requirements from the attached specification."
  3. Send the message. The agent answers in the chat; the workspace collects everything created along the way.

If you want to continue an earlier task, then open the existing workspace under Workspaces.

Mentioning documents

You can point the agent at a specific document or knowledge source:

  1. Type @ in the input field.
  2. Pick the document or knowledge source from the list.

Mentioned items appear as chips above the input field — where you can also remove them again. The agent then draws on the mentioned content directly in its answer.

Reviewing citations

Answers based on your documents include citations. If you click a citation, then you see the original paragraph the information comes from.

Review sources before reusing content — the agent prepares, the responsibility for approval stays with you (more on the principle).

Results as artifacts

Larger results (reports, analyses, checklists) are stored by the agent as artifacts. Artifacts open in their own view next to the chat. Use Download PDF to export an artifact as a PDF file.
